Your exciting tasks as a recruiter (m/f/d): Sales, you win the projects: You actively contact potential new customers by telephone and direct communication and arouse interest in our digital recruiting solutions. You analyze companies' recruiting challenges, identify specific needs for action and develop tailor-made strategies. You present your solutions convincingly and accompany the process until completion. Recruiting, you implement it: After signing the contract, you will continue to manage the project independently - from campaign planning to successful staffing. You coordinate incoming applications, pre-qualify candidates and ensure a professional candidate experience. Your foundation: You document your activities clearly in the CRM, keep an eye on your pipeline and work towards your KPIs in a goal-oriented manner. You work closely with marketing and management and contribute ideas to optimize our processes.
