The Project Management Assistant (PMA) team supports our consulting teams by anticipating and dealing with their requirements and ensuring that our clients and business priorities are achieved. - Support the management of opportunities and commitments:
- Weekly monitoring of opportunities with various Managers/Directors
- Assistance in the preparation and follow up of the engagement's process
- Coordinate and manage the availability of resources across teams, assisting in resource allocation and capacity planning
- Generate detailed staffing status reports: chargeability reports, staff availability reports
- Support for the preparaion of quaterly internal meetings to follow up the KPIs
- Be responsible for research and production of documents as required using internal databases, Internet & publications
- Organise and facilitate regular staffing team meetings to ensure effective communication between cross-functional teams, promoting efficient staffing coordination and accurate staffing data.
- Plan, organise, and manage staff-related events, including team-building activities, training sessions. Your skills
- University or Bachelor degree in administrative support.
- Preferably, candidates should have 3 years of experience in administrative support responsibilities
- Customer focused with excellent interpersonal skills and a professional approach at all times.
- Results oriented with a can-do attitude.
- Strong team spirit whilst being able to work autonomously.
- Excellent IT skills in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and ideally SAP.
- Very good level of English and French. Knowledge of German or Luxembourgish will be considered as a strong asset. Join us and...
