Your tasks Range responsibility: You will strategically develop our snack range, from sandwiches to warm snacks to seasonal promotions. Product development: You create new snack products from the initial idea to their successful introduction in our stores and continuously optimize existing items. Presentation: You present your product concepts convincingly in our decision-making rounds - including tasting, calculation and well-founded market arguments. Interface work: You work closely with our marketing (product management, advertising), purchasing (raw materials, conditions) and our bakery (production, feasibility). On-site training: You train and train our branch teams directly at the point of sale so that every snack reaches our customers in the highest quality. Leadership: You will lead and develop a team of two snack representatives. Your profile Completed training in the food sector (e.g. baker, confectioner, chef, specialist in system catering) or a degree in food technology or ecotrophology. Career changers with a great passion for food and current food trends are also welcome. Several years of experience in product development or product range management, ideally in the bakery, snack or food service industry, is an advantage, but not a mandatory requirement. A good feel for food trends and the needs of our customers. A confident appearance in presentations and enjoyment of inspiring people and imparting knowledge. Initial management experience is desirable. A hands-on mentality, business understanding and willingness to travel within our branch network (class B driving license).
