Your contribution to our success 1. Lead engagements by setting objectives and scope, developing tailored work plans, and managing project delivery. 2. Optimize client operations by implementing innovative processes and strengthening organizational controls. Your skills Must have:

• Diploma: A Master degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Experience: At least 5 years of expertise in the Investment Management industry, including experience in consulting and business transformation (PMO, BA, Testing).
• Leadership: Proven ability to develop high-performing teams through meaningful opportunities and inspiring leadership.
• Languages: Fluency in English and French or German is mandatory. Nice to have:
• IT skills: Exposure to digital transformation and AI technologies, particularly automation in financial markets.
