Our Risk Assurance team works with companies across the following lines of defense: Internal Audit services, Controls Analyses and Reporting, Risk Management, Anti-Money Laundering, Data Analytics, Information Technology. Be a part of our team where you will: Assist in the analysis of existing and new European and Luxembourgish regulations with a focus on operational processes, technology and data related matters to determine the impacts on banks, investment firms, payment institutions, fund managers and other emerging and established players of the financial services industry; Support our clients to assess technology and cyber-security risks and to identify potential compliance gaps, as well as and to address themose with tailor-made remediation measures; Develop an understanding of new technological developments, which are shaping the future of our clients such as Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence and Distributed Ledger Technology as well as applying new regulatory frameworks related to these topics; Assist our clients to improve their internal controls framework by establishing or improving internal policies and procedures; Prepare regulatory filings in the context of license application and authorization requests related to (IT) Outsourcing projects of our clients; Create presentations, reports, flyers and market surveys and contribute to and provide both internal and client trainings and workshops concerning European and Luxembourg regulatory matters Let's talk about you. If you … Hold a Degree in Business Informatics, Information Technology, Law (preferably IT Law), Business Administration or Economics; Ideally have a first experience in a legal, compliance or IT operational division in a regulated entity of the financial sector (bank, Investment firm, management company or service provider for the financial services industry); Have a profound understanding of both existing and emerging technologies, data governance, reporting requirements and related regulation (e.g. Outsourcing, Cloud Computing, GDPR, PSD2, Technology and information security risk management, Cybersecurity, Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence); Have a good understanding of the main operational processes of credit institutions and the investment fund industry; Are comfortable with standard Office IT applications; Are fluent (both orally and written) in English as well as French or German; Are recognized for your team spirit and ability to build strong client relationships; Are flexible and willing to accept professional travelling.
