IT Project Leader GER/ENG Be part of a banking project Hays is looking for a IT Project Leader (GER / ENG) for one of its client based in Kirchberg.
- Freelance contract or permanent contract via a payrolling company
- 1 year renewable contract
- Starting date : ASAP / January 2026
- Both German and English fluent are mandatory
- Experience with Avaloq Core Banking software Main responsabilities: Managing and coordinating IT projects

- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field and proven working experience as a project manager in the information technology and/ or finance sector
- Excellent Client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint and JIRA
- Analytical and critical mindset
- Excellent English and German languages skills, French & any additional language skills are considered as advantage
- Experience with Avaloq Core Banking software
