- Supporting operational HSE activities across LIST sites, with a focus on laboratories and technical areas.
- Contributing to risk assessments related to laboratory activities, equipment, field activities and operational changes.
- Supporting the follow-up of HSE incidents, accidents, near misses and associated corrective/preventive actions.
- Contributing to HSE inspections, internal audits and field visits.
- Supporting the preparation and update of HSE documentation, procedures, instructions and records.
- Contributing to HSE reporting, data analysis and activity follow-up.
- Supporting the implementation of prevention actions and the continuous improvement of HSE practices.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HSE, environment, engineering, science or a related field, or equivalent HSE experience.
- Training in occupational health and safety, risk prevention or laboratory safety is required or must be demonstrated through relevant experience. Experience and skills
- First experience in HSE, operations, laboratories or risk prevention.
- Basic knowledge of risk assessment, incident follow-up and HSE documentation.
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and practical problem-solving approach.
- Ability to work with different internal stakeholders
- Willingness to contribute to continuous improvement Language skills
