The Facilities Coordinator is part of the Campus Operations Team, which is responsible for every aspect of the day-to-day management and running of the school's campus. The post includes some evening and weekend work. Areas of responsibility
- Focus on all technical aspects of the campus operations provision, including the sports facilities and pool.
- Monitoring and planning of outsourced staff.
- Monitoring and planning of subcontractors.
- Monitoring of the cost-effectiveness of the campus operations.
- Monitoring compliance of the campus operations with the schools' policies and procedures, health & safety and legal requirements.
- Inventory and asset management.
- Administrator of facilities management system.
- First-line to deal with campus operations related enquiries, complaints and emergencies.
- Participating in the monitoring and development of the daily operations of the campus.
- Back-up of other team members. The post holder may be required to perform tasks other than those given in the job description for the post. The tasks and responsibilities may vary from time to time without changing the general character of the role or the level of responsibility entailed. Qualifications
- Technical Bachelor level or equivalent
- Vlarem II pool related knowledge is an asset Skills
- Excellent logistic, coordination, administrative and IT skills.
- Ability to draft communications and programs in English at a high standard.
