- Client Service Manager (M/F) Context and Challenges: The candidate will be joining the Private Capital
- CSM Team and will: Be the interface between clients and BNP Paribas Luxembourg Private Capital Operations related activities and services to follow-up the daily service delivery. Ensure service delivery quality to clients. What's Your Day-to-Day Mission? Within a dedicated team of the Private Capital Department, you will be in charge of: Managing a portfolio of client accounts. Operating as the main point of contact for clients and acting as the main point of escalation related to operations. Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, often through regular communication. Identifying opportunities to enhance the client experience. Promptly and effectively addressing client issues by coordinating with internal teams. Ensuring close cooperation on transversal issues with different bank departments. Maintaining quality logs and client action logs. Clearly communicating the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. Continuously monitoring client satisfaction levels by gathering feedback and completing assessments or client pulse surveys. Conducting regular service reviews to assess organizational performance.
