Design, test, and deploy innovative AI and digital solutions that enhance efficiency in fund operations. 2. Actively drive the implementation and adoption of AI transformation initiatives across business units, ensuring measurable, practical results. 3. Diploma: A Master's degree in AI, Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology, or related fields. 2. Experience: 5–7 years of experience in leading technology transformation projects, ideally with AI and broader automation solutions catered to fund management and/or regulatory compliance workflows. 3. Soft skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills, analytical problem-solving, results-driven mindset, and a passion for innovation. Nice to have 1. Languages: Proficient in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of French or German is a plus. 2. Experience in scaling technology-driven prototypes across teams for continuous improvement. 3.
